How What I’ve Learned Can Help You
I am an author, entrepreneur, and hospitality coach with more than three decades of experience launching and growing businesses across industries — from marketing and performance venues to schools, home-care, online ventures, and outdoor hospitality properties. I was instrumental in building two Waldorf schools, and I have worked with organizations of many types and sizes, from small businesses to a variety of franchise organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Through partnerships with institutions such as Success Motivation Institute and The Pacific Institute, I’ve helped leaders and teams create measurable change in problem-solving, goal setting, and achievement. Along the way, I’ve also earned numerous coaching certifications that deepen my ability to guide transformation.
For over thirty years, I’ve studied world religions, the traditions of hospitality, and personal development. These lifelong studies shape the way I see the world: as a place where transformation is always possible when we step into clarity, courage, and imagination. My writing reflects this passion. I am the author of Grace and the Art of Hospitality, Zen and the Art of Experiential Outdoor Hospitality, Happy Secrets, Re-Vision Your Life: Workshops, Intensives and Coaching, and Think Fast, Talk Slow, Shoot Straight: The Gift Subscription Book for Female Entrepreneurs.
I believe deeply in the healing and transformative power of nature. Having lived in mountain towns across Colorado — and now returning to Cherry Creek North in Denver — I’ve seen how the outdoors can restore clarity, expand imagination, and spark meaningful action. Whether through writing, coaching, or leading mastermind groups, my work is about helping others uncover clarity, release what no longer serves them, and step into what is truly possible.
At heart, I am most interested in freedom, service to others, joy, my children, integrity in business, mental health and wellness, play, designing thought, encouraging entrepreneurs and artists, the elegant design of our universe, laughter, kindness, learning, and developing new businesses. These passions not only inspire my work but also guide the communities I build and the leaders I serve.
What I’ve finally come to understand is that my deepest desire is to lift and promote others. It’s what I have naturally done in every business I’ve ever built — creating platforms, programs, and opportunities for others to shine, succeed, and discover what’s possible for them. That desire continues to guide everything I do today.
